Session Timeout

By default, users are signed out of the portal after 20 minutes of inactivity for security reasons (i.e. - in case an unauthorized user gained access to the portal user's computer while they are not at their desk). The timeout period is customizable, from 10 to 60 minutes.

Note: Before the user’s session times out, any email messages they were composing, replying to or forwarding will be automatically saved as a draft in the Drafts folder.
